The Senior HR Manager is a strategic, high-judgment leader and a core member of the Turkey Operations senior leadership team. You will partner with business leaders across Mile operations to develop people strategies, set goals, and deliver results that directly impact Amazon's growth in Turkey. You own the end-to-end employee experience across Mile sites, championing a culture of safety, inclusion, and service excellence.
This role requires balancing automation with human insight—leveraging technology, AI, and real-time data to enhance decision-making and support transformational initiatives. - Strategic People Partnership — Serve as a trusted advisor to Turkey operations leaders on all people decisions, including workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership capability building. Translate regional and enterprise PXT strategies into locally relevant execution plans.
- Talent & Succession — Own the talent pipeline for Turkey operations: partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies, lead calibration and succession planning, and develop emerging leaders through targeted coaching and development programs.
- Employee Engagement & Culture — Design and execute initiatives that measurably improve engagement, attendance, and retention. Champion a culture of inclusion, psychological safety, and recognition across all sites.
- Employee Relations & Compliance — Provide expert guidance on Turkish labor law, disciplinary processes, and dispute resolution. Ensure consistent, fair application of policies and proactively mitigate risk through audits, training, and early intervention.
- Performance & Organizational Effectiveness — Drive the performance management cycle end-to-end: goal-setting, development conversations, and differentiated outcomes. Use workforce analytics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend scalable interventions.
- Change Leadership — Lead and sustain organizational and operational change initiatives across sites. Remove barriers to adoption, maintain stakeholder alignment, and balance speed with sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
- COE & Cross-Functional Collaboration — Establish effective partnerships with Centers of Excellence (compensation, staffing, L&D, legal) and shared services. Challenge the status quo and advocate for solutions that serve Turkey's unique operational context within the broader network.
- Technology & Innovation — Drive adoption of HR technology and AI-enabled tools to improve data accuracy, decision speed, and associate experience. Build digital fluency within the HR team while maintaining a human-centered approach.
- Team Leadership — Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing HR team. Set clear expectations, model Amazon's leadership principles, and hold the team accountable for service excellence and timely resolution of associate concerns.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- HR experience in a people management role
- Strong knowledge of Turkish employment law, HR best practices, and talent management principles
- Experience supporting employee relations, and performance management processes in an operational environment
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Turkish (CEFR C1/C2)
Preferred Qualifications
- Field HR experience in logistics, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments
- Multi-site HR leadership experience across geographically dispersed locations
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or MBA
