Key Responsibilities
- Support reporting and analysis related to financial close, forecast cycles, balance sheet review, and AOP
- Ensure successful finance operating rhythm through coordination & communication within the organization
- Work with financial reporting tools (experience with BPC and Anaplan is a strong plus)
- Support Finance, Indirect Procurement, HR, and Legal business partners in ad hoc finance reporting and analysis to enable better business decision making
- Help streamline reporting and centralizing analytics, drive process improvement
- Act as a liaison between Corporate Functions and Corporate FP&A to ensure accurate financial reporting and enhanced communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related degree preferred)
- Strong systems skills, including Excel, AI, BPC, Anaplan, and SAP
- 4-7 years of experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong ability to collaborate with business partners to help drive priorities and strategy
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be motivated to work within a team in a supportive environment

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
