We are looking for a motivated and innovative Financial Analyst to join the EU 3P Finance team. This role goes beyond traditional FP&A - we're seeking someone eager to challenge the status quo, rethink how we operate, and build AI-enabled financial processes and tools. You will support the EU Topline lead in revamping tools and processes to leverage AI, while also serving as the go-to finance partner for EU5 countries (DE, UK, FR, IT, ES), providing deep-dive analysis and expert financial knowledge.

You will own key financial reporting and analysis workstreams while simultaneously driving the transformation of how the team operates. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a finance org by building AI-enabled reporting, commentary, and decision support workflows from the ground up.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and deliver financial reporting and variance analysis for EU 3P and EU MPs

- Support the EU Topline lead in revamping finance tools and processes to suite and leverage AI capabilities (e.g., AI-augmented reporting, automated commentary, intelligent forecasting)

- Serve as the finance expert for EU5 countries (DE, UK, FR, IT, ES), providing deep-dive analysis, ad-hoc support, and country-level financial knowledge

- Identify opportunities to replace legacy processes with AI-enabled solutions for commentary generation, variances detection, and forecasting

- Collaborate with BI teams to build scalable, AI-native tooling that reduces manual effort and improves output quality

- Contribute to Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews (WBR/MBR) with high-quality analysis and narratives

- Act as a change agent within the team - championing new ways of working and bringing others along on the transformation journey

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or experience in relevant finance roles
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results
  • Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to inform business decisions with proven business impact (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
  • Experience in commercial finance business partnering or FP&A (at a multinational organisation)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA or related discipline)
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of of financial reporting tools (Cognos, Redshift)
  • Experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query)
  • Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau)
