Position Responsibilities:

Manage a group of finance analysts and/or finance managers to support multiple business areas. Oversee a team of finance professionals who design complex financial models for evaluating new products or features, measure and report on business performance by creating key performance indicators, and develop financial forecasts and report actual financial performance against those plans. Identify and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the health of this business. Evaluate new products and new features of current products and determine their financial impact. Partner with the Business Development team and Business executives to evaluate new business proposals and build related models. Partner with and earn the trust of business executives. Hire and develop a team of finance professionals.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $157,582/year to $207,000/year.

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Analyst or other related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) building business models to support new businesses; (2) improving financial processes, including the creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for automation; (3) conducting financial analysis and modeling; and (4) using data and metrics to measure impact, determine improvements, and translate results into actionable insights.#0000
