Senior Equipment Engineer – Handler

As Senior Equipment Engineer – Handler, you are responsible to have comprehensive ownership and maintenance of a designated group of equipment, focusing on maximizing uptime performance to meet target efficiency levels through robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Key responsibilities include leading projects to optimize maintenance costs, quality, and yield while managing spare parts inventory to ensure equipment stability and perform sustaining equipment performance and continuous improvement for best results.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

1. Analysis, controlling and improvement of Equipment KPIs (e.g. OEE,UDT, SDT, MTBA, MTBF, etc.).
2. Proficient in understanding machine elements, electrical &electronics, sensor & pneumatic, PLC, etc. and performing extensive and complex repairs on existing equipment.
3. Overseeing the production of equipment, provide & maintain documentation for equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
4. Define critical parts life span and consumption based on part function knowledge & material behavior, evaluation, OEM reference, etc.
5. Creation and review of Machinery and Maintenance FMEA. Recover, investigate & implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdown by analyzing critical alarms.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

1. Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, Electrical Engineering,     Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Physics Instrumentation Engineering
2. 3-5 years of experience in back-end product testing process     (functional test, vision camera scan and autopack).
3. Familiar with Test Handler (strip, gravity, PnP) machine
4. Hands-on experience with electronic production equipment, automation     systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
5. Strong knowledge of electronic systems, electrical circuits, sensors,     actuators, and control systems.
6. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, electronic     diagrams, and machine drawings.
7. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving methodology
8. Having knowledge and skills in production area
9. Good communicate with different level of staffs
