YOUR ROLE
Working independently to maintain and sustain equipment reliability, robustness as well as maintenance cost saving projects , equipment process quality yield and throughput parameters.New tool commissoning
Provide technical support and expertise on specific tools to AME and Line Support Staffs.
Translates the Engineering needs into preventive maintenance tasks and work closely with them to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.
Work with Production and Engineering reams in prioritizing and solving problems
Work with IE & Central Support group in equipment installation/relocation and OEE improvement projects.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Electrical Master degree in human resources, sciences or similar
- Competency & knowledge required to troubleshoot and repair equipment using schematic, for installation and commissioning of new equipment with equipment vendors
- Good to have experience in designing and developing solutions sensors via micro-controllers (eg. STM32) / Raspberry Pi computers as part of FDC (Fault Detection Control)
- Ability to engage in team discussion for equipment issues
- To sustain the equipment optimal performance at defined KPI complying safety requirements .
- The incumbent must be working in current position for at least 2-3 years
The incumbent must be experience and technical knowledge on TEL ALPHA / VTR / ASM tools
Relevant experience in setup and commissioning of tools with vendor
Technical competency & knowledge required to troubleshoot and repair equipment using schematic
Quality Knowledge - Implement Best Known Method (BKM) with vendor / benchmarking
