Senior Engineer Unit Process Engineering Molding
Be responsible for EOL process (molding) daily sustaining and quality/productivity improvement
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Be responsible for EOL process daily sustaining and quality/productivity improvement
- Analyze and trouble-shooting for abnormality. Review all process related doc and cooperate with line to take improvement action for process optimizing and improving productivity
- Support line to assess maverick lot, analyze and dispose. Provide support for other dept, equipment / material evaluation/buyoff and new product sample introduction and building. Perform line OJTI assessment and release
- Control all process related doc, timely review and approve the updated process doc if necessary (FMEA/CP/PC/WI/Build Sheet)
- Provide inline quality support for line quality improvement. Support line to improve quality by implementing corrective action. Assess and analyze per customer feedback. Lead and manage quality improvement team
- Coach and conduct failure analysis to analyze failed products, report yield lost for improvement. Continuously yield monitoring and reporting
- Perform self-assessment based on EFQM questionnaires and other qualification requirement. Support QM to meet the internal and external customers audit
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's or master's degree with over 3 years working experience on molding, better to know grinding. Good communication, reporting and presentation skills
- Able to lead a team for problem solving and work cross function for process or productivity improvement
- Good logical and systematical thinking and strong statistical data analysis ability
- Good oral and written English for international communications to coordinate global projects.
- Project management experience is preferred
