Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop the next generation and new voltage classes of SiC, IGBT and Diode technologies
- Define together with Simulation and application experts the features of the upcoming generations
- Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs and ensure process window
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics or comparable front end semiconductor related field
- PhD graduate will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience in technology development or process integration
- Sound knowledge in the field of semiconductor process technology and semiconductor device physics
- Sound knowledge of statistics and design of experiments
- Experience in project management as an advantage
- Knowledge of MOSFET, IGBT or Diode technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage
- Excellent English communication
