Position Summary:

  • The Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization is seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior New Product Development (NPD) Engineer to design, develop, and support innovative liquid filtration products that drive long-term business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in semiconductor manufacturing and contribute to global technical solutions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives from concept to commercialization.  
  • Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis to optimize filter performance.  
  • Collaborate with global technical teams and customers to ensure alignment and successful criteria.  
  • Deliver clear, concise technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers across cross-functional teams.  
  • Publish technical work at internal and external conferences.  
  • Support projects with up to 10% travel

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years work-related technical experience  
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 
  • Experience in the following areas is preferred: 
  • Web handling, roll-to-roll processes 
  • Pleating 
  • Plastic bonding and other assembly techniques 
  • Clean room manufacturing 
  • Project leadership experience 
  • Willing to be hands-on as needed in lab and clean room manufacturing environments 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, PowerBI) and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting
