We undertake the timely analysis of potential product defects coming from Technical Support teams or from hands-on experience. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of technical support for our products and work closely with Engineering teams to resolve those problems that are possible product defects. We then communicate directly with external customers to present our findings.

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving product issues across the Enterprise PowerEdge Server and AI portfolio. You will work closely with Technical Support, Engineering, Quality teams, and technology partners to improve product quality, accelerate issue resolution, and enhance the customer experience.
You will:
- Investigate hardware, software, and networking failures across AI solutions and PowerEdge Server platforms in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Support teams.
- Lead and drive resolution of complex technical issues with global Technical Support teams, technology partners, and customers.
- Represent the voice of the customer in engineering corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Characterize, validate, and identify field-reported defects while working closely with developers, vendors, and partners.
- Document technical findings, resolution strategies, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and product improvement.

Essential Requirements
- Entry or Professional experience working with either Enterprise hardware, software, or networking solutions
- Desire to work with Dell customers
- Working experience with networking and communications technologies such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, NC-SI, FC, iSCSI or Infiniband.
Desirable Requirements
- Currently pursuing or having already attained a undergraduate degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.s
