Perform test machine trouble shooting and diagnose equipment problems
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Perform test machine trouble shooting and diagnose equipment problems
- Guide technician to execute preventative maintenance
- Perform equipment analyses to improve machine performance(UDT/MTBA/SPL)
- Responsible for the new machine transferring, installation and buyoff
- Prepare equipment related technical reports & documents
- Responsible for budget planning and cost controlling of the equipment engineering function
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering
- At least 5 years equipment engineering experience
- Experience of test equipment, tester is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, lean-six sigma and other statisticaltools
- Be able to use statistic tools for problem solving and further process improvement
- Hands on experience of presentation of projects
- Fluent communication both in Chinese and English
