Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of sawing equipment to ensure stable operation.
Optimize equipment performance to improve productivity, yield, and equipment uptime.
Support new equipment installation, qualification, and acceptance.
Analyze equipment issues and drive continuous improvement activities.
Develop and maintain equipment SOPs, PM plans, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Production, Process, and Quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sawing equipment experience.
Familiar with semiconductor back-end packaging processes and sawing equipment operation.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
