Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support NPI product bring-up and production release.
• Perform product characterization, validation, and qualification.
• Analyze yield data and drive yield improvement initiatives.
• Debug product, process, and test failures through root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Design, Test, Foundry, OSAT, and Quality teams.
• Support reliability qualification and production issue resolution.
• Perform statistical data analysis using tools such as Python, JMP, and Exensio.
• Drive engineering change management and continuous improvement activities.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or related discipline.
• 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Product, Yield, Test, or NPI Engineering.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, fabrication, assembly, and test flows.
• Experience in product characterization, yield analysis, reliability, and failure analysis.
• Familiarity with ATE platforms (Advantest, ETS, Teradyne) and JEDEC standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, JMP, Exensio, or Examinator Pro.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
