  • Define the product E2E vision, strategic objectives, and multi-year roadmap for Client Enablement & Technology Assembly capabilities.
  • Translate enterprise priorities, client feedback, implementation experience, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities into clear product opportunities and investment recommendations.
  • Establish target client segments, personas, client journeys, value propositions, and adoption strategies for reusable platform capabilities.
  • Develop business cases, value hypotheses, success measures, and investment trade-offs for product initiatives, including expected client, operational, and commercial outcomes in collaboration with other business partners.

  • Ensure product decisions are grounded in measurable evidence, including adoption data, client feedback, implementation effort, operational performance, revenue potential, and delivery risk.
  • Make disciplined scope, sequencing, and investment recommendations when priorities, client commitments, or technical constraints conflict.

Client Enablement and Commercial Partnership

  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, Implementation, Business Units, and client-facing executives to identify enablement barriers and convert them into scalable product solutions.
