You will play a pivotal role in delivering the industry-leading custom IC systems that power the next generation of electronics. By integrating precision signal chains and highly efficient power components into ultra-small form factors, you will help our most valued customers revolutionize the personal electronics market. In this role, you will work alongside world-class technical leaders and engage directly with key customers through intense architecture reviews. By solving high-impact design challenges, you will drive significant revenue and accelerate your professional growth while building technology that changes how the world connects and powers its devices.

• Digital Design Execution: Drive all aspects of the digital design flow (RTL, DFT, Synthesis, STA, and PnR) for complex, highly integrated mixed-signal products.
• Strategic Planning: Define design development strategies to achieve on-time delivery while meeting aggressive performance, power, and area (PPA) targets.
• Architecture & Micro-architecture: Lead the definition of top-level architectures and develop detailed micro-architecture for various digital sub-modules.
• Pre-Silicon Verification: Partner with AMS and DMS verification teams to ensure thorough functional coverage; collaborate with PD and DV teams to debug and optimize designs.
• Post-Silicon Support: Support silicon validation, test program development, and application-level debugging to ensure successful product rollout.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor team members, manage daily design challenges, and engage in high-level technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with System, Analog, Physical Design, and Test teams to ensure seamless, integrated product development.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience
• A thorough understanding of digital logic design
• Familiarity with the Verilog language and simulators
• A good understanding of analog functionality and exposure to analog IC design methods
• Ability to solve problems using a systematic approach

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with System Verilog
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
