Reports to: Director Data Science and Analytics

Team overview:
Product Data & Analytics is a centralized global team that enables Mastercard product business units to make better data driven decisions. We build internal analytics partnerships that strengthen focus on business performance, portfolio and revenue optimization, initiative tracking, new product development, and go to market strategies. These capabilities are underpinned by our data platforms that enable insights to be delivered in a standardized, scalable, and cost efficient manner.

Role :
Work closely in collaboration with multiple internal business groups across Mastercard to implement End-to-End data driven lifecycle solutions
The candidate for this position will focus on Building End-to-End solution to blend data from multiple data sources (Salesforce, SQL Server, AWS, Databricks, Financial and other data ) and creating actionable insights to transform siloed data from disparate sources into unified, trusted and interoperable data.
Candidate should have a strong understanding of data management concepts and experience on working with MDM, Reltio platforms would be preferred.
Candidate should have a solid understanding of cloud-based systems and should be able to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also important.
Candidates having strong design documents, including data models, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams, will be preferred.

• Data Analytics & Strategy:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics & infrastructure strategy
o Leverage data analytics to drive insights, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
o Ensure the delivery of high-quality analytical solutions that meet business needs and enhance market competitiveness.

• Project Management
o Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with senior leadership, to align analytics initiatives with overall business objectives.
o Communicate complex data insights and analytical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholder

All about You

• 6+ years experience in Data Science, Data Analytics . Business Insights. Using Hadoop platforms & tools (Hive, Impala), Python/Spark, and SQL to build Big Data products & platforms
• 1+ Years experience working on end-to-end solutions Master Data Management Solutions.

• Demonstrated success interacting with stakeholders to understand technical needs and ensuring analyses and solutions meet their needs effectively.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as part of a team and as an individual contributor.
• Ability to easily move between business, analytical, and technical teams and articulate solution requirements for each group.
• Experience with Enterprise Business Intelligence Platform/Data platform i.e. Tableau, PowerBI will be a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based (SaaS) solutions, ETL processes or API integrations will be a plus.
• Experience on Cloud Data Platforms Azure/AWS will be a plus.

Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, M.S./M.B.A. preferred
