Senior Data Analyst – Product Data & Analytics
Overview
Product Data & Analytics team builds internal analytic partnerships, strengthening focus on the health of the business, portfolio and revenue optimization opportunities, initiative tracking, new product development and Go-To Market strategies.

Role & Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain data engineering, advanced reporting, and data visualization solutions to support analytics and reporting needs across products, markets, and services.
- Obtain data from multiple sources, collate, analyze, and triangulate information to develop reliable fact bases and actionable insights.
- Leverage large-scale databases and analytical tools to manipulate data and synthesize insights.
- Execute cross-functional projects using advanced modeling and analytical techniques to uncover insights and drive strategic business decisions.
- Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business outcomes.
- Provide insights, assessments, and recommendations through Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Apply data quality controls, validation, and cleansing processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data assets.
- Communicate analytical findings and business impacts to stakeholders across leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Capture and share intellectual capital, tools, methodologies, and best practices across projects to drive organizational learning.
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior team members to support their growth and development.
- Recruit, train, develop, and supervise data engineering and analyst-level talent.
- Demonstrate passion, curiosity, and expertise to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable impact.
- Strong experience in data management, data mining, data analytics, reporting, data product development, and quantitative analysis.
- Expertise in building semantic models and self-service BI and analytics solutions.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience optimizing queries for large-scale and big data environments.
- Proficiency with BI and visualization platforms including Tableau, Power BI, QlikView.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Cloudera Hadoop, SQL Server, and big data technology stacks.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Programming experience with Python, PySpark, Hive, and R.
- Ability to present data findings in a clear, insight-driven format and develop executive-ready presentations and support decks.
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Deep technical aptitude with a strong ability to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively across functions and levels of management.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, navigate ambiguity, and perform in fast-paced team environments.
- Financial services or payments industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics
