As a Senior Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will lead strategic customer relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to customer executives, coordinate Microsoft resources across multiple solution areas, and deliver measurable outcomes through adoption, consumption, value realisation, and transformation. This role is intended for professionals who excel in executive engagement, complex programme leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic customer success.


Responsibilities
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, leaders, and decision makers.
  • Develop and own strategic Customer Success Plans aligned with customer business priorities.
  • Drive alignment and governance across customer and Microsoft stakeholders.
  • Advance customer adoption, consumption growth, renewal success, and business value realisation.
  • Identify customer risks and blockers early and lead mitigation efforts.
  • Coordinate Microsoft specialists, engineers, partners, and services teams to deliver strategic customer outcomes.
  • Lead programme reviews, executive business discussions, and customer success governance.
  • Manage escalations and complex delivery situations while maintaining customer trust and confidence.Shape customer technology strategy by linking Microsoft solutions to digital transformation priorities. 
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Solution Delivery, Practice Management, Portfolio Management, or customer-facing technology roles.
  • Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex customer programmes and cross-functional teams.
  • This position requires verification of Australian citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions applicable to the role and as a result, you will need to provide a valid passport to verify your citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading digital transformation programmes within enterprise organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Copilot, and Business Applications.
  • Experience in Public Sector, Government, Health, Education, Financial Services, or Enterprise industries.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and influencing executive decision-making. 
  • NV-1 clearance is preferred.
