As a Senior Content Specialist, you will play a key role in the DBOR Transformation programme, shaping the future operating model, data workflows, and tooling capabilities used across Content Operations.

You will work closely with Content Infrastructure Owners, Engineering, Product and Operations teams to refine business requirements, support solution design, drive adoption, and ensure successful delivery of transformational change.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how data is managed at scale across a global organisation while working at the forefront of AI, automation and product-led transformation. You will work on complex business challenges, collaborate with experts across Product and Engineering, and help deliver capabilities that will shape the next generation of Content Operations.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Content Infrastructure Owners to translate strategic requirements into executable operational solutions.
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation and agent-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality and scalability
Define, document and maintain operating models, process documentation and operational standards
Support data modelling activities by documenting business rules, workflows, dependencies and operational requirements.
Develop a thorough understanding of the data sources, business rules and processing logic that support the assigned data domain
Assess impacts of proposed changes on users, processes and downstream operations.
Lead business testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet operational and business requirements.
Facilitate knowledge transfer across operational teams on new tools and functions
Gather user feedback and identify enhancement opportunities to improve adoption and effectiveness.
Analyse data sources, lineage, business rules and processing logic to support the design, implementation and optimisation of DBOR capabilities.
Develop and maintain deep expertise in DBOR processes and data workflows, acting as a trusted advisor during solution deployment and adoption.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, operational controls and user experience through technology and workflow enhancements
Build effective relationships across Content Operations, Product and Engineering teams aligned with a product‑led operating model.

Required Skills

Experience delivering business, operational, data or technology transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, business analysis and process improvement skills.
Experience documenting business processes, requirements and operating models.
Experience supporting technology implementations, platform migrations or operational change programmes.
Ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical, scalable solutions.
Ability to understand data models, technology architectures and system workflows sufficiently to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams
Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
Ability to manage change and challenge existing processes.
Experience working across both business and technical teams.
Experience with AI agents, workflow automation tools, Python, SQL or low-code development platforms.

Desirable Skills

Experience within financial services, market data, data management, content operations or related industries.
Understanding of data governance, data quality and operational controls.
Experience working in Agile or product-led delivery environment
