Responsibilities:
- Review Tender / Contract / Quotation
- Follow up purchase order from customers and create orders in the system
- Arrange delivery to customers and issue customer invoices
- Place purchase order to supplier and follow-up shipment
- Support Month-end closing and forecast reporting
- Prepare monthly reports and cost controlling
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 4 years’ relevant experience in large multi-national companies
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Strong organizing skill, quality-focused, self-initiative, flexible and result-driven
- Well-versed in PC applications and SAP is preferrable
- Immediate available will be an advantage
