  • Develop new competitive functionalities and support existing software solutions – design, develop, modify, and implement software for internal and external products, with a focus on surpassing customer expectations, high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Architect and develop cloud-optimized applications; create, document, and execute software designs, which may involve significant re-architecture of important systems and coordinating wide-reaching impacts.
  • Determine operational feasibility by analyzing problem definitions, requirements, proposed solutions, and development options, and participate in software design and code reviews.
  • Act as Technical Lead of major projects within one area of a product, influence its technical direction, and provide high-level technical expertise, including in-depth and complex software systems programming and analysis.
  • Provide problem resolution and technical leadership for the group, guide junior engineers, and promote innovation by introducing new technology and knowledge into the product and to our people.
  • Ensure the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanisms, balancing engineering creativity with high quality and customer focus.
  • Consult frequently with stakeholders regarding future upgrades and products, and collaborate within and outside your Agile team in an international environment – as a problem solver who demonstrates tact and remains assertive in difficult situations.
