Sr. Client Partner LATAM
At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.
With our ad-supported model live across LATAM and expanding into new markets, we are building a regional layer that helps our clients grow across countries, not just within them. We are looking for a founding-team member who will help shape how Netflix Ads works with regional clients across Latin America.
We are seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead the relationship with our priority regional clients across LATAM. This is not a single-market, direct-sales role, but it is a sales role at heart. We want someone with a strong commercial instinct who connects the dots across markets, thinks long term without losing sight of short and medium-term results, and works in a consultative way: understanding the client's business and leading the conversation, rather than pushing a product. The role sits at the center of many internal teams and works across markets with different priorities and ways of operating, so it takes diplomacy, poise and the ability to build alignment and keep things moving when interests compete. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, comfortable building where little exists yet, and skilled at influencing without formal authority. This role covers multiple countries and requires regular travel across the region.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow the relationship with a portfolio of priority regional clients, acting as a strategic, consultative partner to their marketing leadership and media teams, and generating demand for Netflix that influences how they invest.
- Connect local sales teams with global account teams, the export team, and cross-functional partners (Partner Marketing, Business Development, Brand Partnerships, Consumer Products, Live Experiences, Measurement, Policy and Legal), so regional clients get one coherent Netflix approach and their needs are met end to end.
- Build data-informed account plans that grow top-line revenue, and align on objectives and priorities with regional leadership.
- Build a proactive, year-round rhythm with clients through regular business reviews, education sessions, and data and audience conversations, so relationships deepen beyond individual negotiations.
- Lead regional and multi-market opportunities end to end, coordinating the moving parts and keeping deals moving at pace.
- Design projects and map the opportunities that make Netflix the one leading the CTV conversation, showing what streaming delivers across the full funnel and getting into clients' planning before the market does.
- Put data, audience and programmatic at the center of the relationship, using first-party data and measurement to open larger, always-on opportunities.
- Grow accounts beyond traditional media, into brand partnerships, product and licensing partnerships, and live events.
- Use local results and case studies to build credibility, open regional doors, and build the pipeline for future years.
- Keep Netflix top of mind in clients' regional planning, and stay current on industry trends and innovation to shape their strategies.
- Map client stakeholders, media teams and agency leads, and stay close to the new regional structures clients are building.
- Help build the regional way of working: create sales materials, playbooks and account rhythm that let a small team scale across markets, standardizing what can be reused instead of rebuilding per country.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in advertising or media sales, or account management, with experience across more than one LATAM market or in a regional role.
- A clear sales mindset: spots opportunities, connects them across markets, and grows accounts, balancing short and medium-term results with long-term relationships.
- Considerable experience building and closing annual agreements and client JBPs.
- Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering.
- Proven strategic thinker who analyzes data and turns it into specific, measurable actions and outcomes.
- A consultative approach: understands the client's business and leads the conversation with solutions rather than products. Comfortable with data, audience, programmatic and measurement, enough to go beyond the surface and ask the right questions.
- Diplomacy and stakeholder management: keeps many teams aligned and moves work forward in complex, matrixed environments.
- Comfort influencing stakeholders, across countries and teams that work in different ways.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building process where little exists yet.
- Excellent communication skills and strong, confident presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Availability and willingness to travel regularly across LATAM.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, connect with cross-functional teams, and lead strategies in an ambiguous environment.
- Comfortable using tools and AI to work efficiently and keep broad coverage with a lean team.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of the CTV and streaming landscape in LATAM.
- Experience working with regional media teams or agency leads.
- An established network across regional advertisers or their regional media teams.
