Senior Carrier Manager, Global Seller Supply Chain - PMO
Amazon Global Selling helps individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 21 overseas marketplaces and supporting their success and growth. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese businesses going global.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Carrier Manager to join the Global Seller Supply Chain Central PMO team. In this role, you will manage relationships with our FBA inbound logistics service providers, and develop and execute inbound logistics programs for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) — Amazon's end-to-end fulfillment service that stores, picks, packs, and ships products on behalf of sellers. You will work closely with top China-outbound FBA inbound carriers, Amazon global product teams, and marketplace teams to build logistics solutions that improve business outcomes and seller experience, while driving high-impact programs that continuously enhance sellers' growth and profitability.
This is a highly visible role that offers a unique opportunity to innovate with data-driven insights, influence external service providers and Amazon cross-functional partners, and shape decisions at the senior leadership level in a fast-paced business environment.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with FBA inbound carriers, driving performance improvements and program adoption
Influence external service providers to adopt new standards, technologies, and operational best practices
Design and execute logistics programs that reduce cost, improve speed, and enhance the seller inbound experience
Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover seller behavior patterns, identify pain points, and translate findings into actionable solutions
Build deep understanding of the cross-border logistics industry, develop market insights, and leverage them to influence business direction and global stakeholders
Navigate the complexity and challenges arising from evolving trade regulations (e.g., customs enforcement, import compliance), and partner with Amazon teams and carriers to build scalable solutions that ensure compliance while minimizing seller disruption
Collaborate cross-functionally with global product, marketplace, and operations teams to align carrier capabilities with Amazon's logistics roadmap
Deliver clear, concise communications, reports, and business updates to senior leadership up to VP level
