Description and Requirements

Main Responsibilities

Drive strategic and analytical activities within Procurement and Supply Management, analyzing forecasts, demand, inventory, lead times, material availability, purchase orders, and supplier performance to identify risks and support business decisions.
Partner with Buyers and suppliers to anticipate supply constraints, delivery risks, demand variations, and potential production impacts, supporting the definition and follow-up of mitigation plans.
Develop analyses, reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex data into clear insights, trends, recommendations, and business impacts for operational and management discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Tax, and Quality, to address supply-related issues and ensure effective information flow and decision-making.
Apply knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, supply agreements, pricing, lead times, payment terms, and local and international supply chain processes to support sourcing and supply strategies.
Contribute to the development and improvement of procurement processes, controls, systems, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), promoting a more efficient, analytical, and data-driven operation.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree; no specific field of study is required.
Professional experience within Supply Chain, including Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Demand Planning, or Materials Planning.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify risks and trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations and business decisions.
Advanced English, with the ability to independently lead meetings, discussions, and presentations with international stakeholders.
Availability to work on-site in Indaiatuba, São Paulo, three days per week, in accordance with the hybrid work model.

Nice to Have

Experience with Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Knowledge of project management and process improvement.
Knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.
