The Senior Analytics Engineer leverages advanced analytics, data modeling, and visualization to translate complex business questions into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. Partnering closely with product, marketing, and operations stakeholders, this role designs and maintains robust BI solutions and self-service reporting, improves data quality and accessibility, and mentors others on data-driven decision making.
You will get to
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable business intelligence solutions, including semantic models, dashboards, and standardized reports that support enterprise decision making.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks, define success metrics, and deliver data-driven recommendations that influence strategies for growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand requirements, prioritize BI initiatives, and ensure analytics solutions are aligned with business goals and data governance standards.
- Drive improvements in data quality, consistency across surfaces, and documentation by collaborating with data engineering and data management teams on source validation, metric definitions, and BI best practices.
- Optimize and automate recurring reporting and analytics workflows to improve reliability, reduce manual effort, and expand self-service capabilities for business stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach analysts and business users in interpreting data, using BI tools effectively, and applying analytical best practices to support a culture of data-informed decision making.

Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a closely related field, working with large datasets to develop dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Proven experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver BI products that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated proficiency with modern BI and data visualization tools, SQL for data querying, and foundational data modeling concepts as well as understanding of semantic layer design, metrics-as-code patterns and data governance.
- Understanding how structured data is consumed by AI Systems and ML Workflows.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
