What you’ll achieve:
As a Senior Advisor, you will analyze demand and supply signals, execute sourcing activities, and drive supplier performance improvements. You will coordinate RFx packages, evaluate bids, and recommend awards that balance cost, quality, and delivery. You will prepare dashboards and reports that inform leadership decisions and highlight risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- 8 years in Global Supply Management (or equivalent experience)
- Supply chain experience
- Ability to build strong trusting relationships with suppliers and senior executives / stakeholders
- Understanding of and proven ability to drive operational excellence
- Ability to work cross functionally and on multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
You will:
- Partner with suppliers to ensure optimal supply strategies are in place
- Partner with Dell internal stakeholders including the Supply Chain Planning, Product Management, Engineering, Quality and Factory teams to ensure that the optimal demand plans, supply plans and risk mitigation strategies are in place
- Have a detailed understanding of the global supply chain, networking technology and requirements of Dell current and future products
- Communicate to and influence senior executives both within Dell and at the supplier and drive operational excellence
Total Compensation Range: USD 108800 - USD 140800
