Description and Requirements

Do you have a strong interest in finance and enjoy communicating with customers in French? In this role, you will manage a complex B2B account portfolio, ensure timely debt collection, maintain customer relationships, and support global account management processes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to risk mitigation, compliance, and operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Account Portfolio Management — Daily oversight of a large and complex B2B portfolio under multiple financing programs.
  • Debt Collection — Timely collection of outstanding debts and implementation of methods to reduce over‑30 A/R.
  • Customer Communication — Serve as the main contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Relationship Building — Develop and maintain strong relationships with numerous customer stakeholders.
  • Risk Management — Identify, report, and resolve loss or risk exposures efficiently.
  • Compliance Monitoring — Ensure accounts operate within approved guidelines and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Documentation Accuracy — Maintain clear, accurate records of all customer communication to ensure audit readiness.
  • Cross‑Department Collaboration — Coordinate with Credit, Volume Purchase, Cash Application, A/R, Order Entry, and Sales teams.
  • Account Review Preparation — Prepare materials for local and global account evaluations.
  • Issue Resolution — Respond to internal and external customer requests and provide timely updates.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and French (B2+)
  • Suitable for graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of finance experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and resolve issues.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, secured lending, or relevant experience.
  • Interest in developing new plans and methods to support business needs and debt recovery.
