Selling Partner Associate (English and Spanish), SP-Support
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts, Sunday – Saturday, between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM (role-dependent).
Work Location: Fully remote, home-based role. Open to candidates based in any province in the Republic of Ireland.

Within Selling Partner Support, we partner with third-party Sellers and Vendors to help them succeed on Amazon's marketplace platform. Operating in a dynamic contact centre environment, our team engages with Sellers and Vendors across the globe via phone, email, and chat — answering questions and resolving issues related to Amazon's technology platforms, business policies, and operational processes. As a first point of contact between Selling Partners and Amazon, our Associates are committed to delivering complete, accurate, and customer-friendly responses with every interaction.
Prior to your start date, you must have high-speed internet (minimum 5 Mbps download / 1 Mbps upload) and a suitable home workspace that complies with Amazon's remote contact centre policy.
Shift patterns are confirmed post-hire; flexibility is required. Time off and holidays cannot be accommodated during the full training period.

Key job responsibilities
- Support Amazon's Selling Partners by resolving queries across three communication channels: Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound contacts efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues thoroughly, and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Demonstrating genuine empathy and passion for our customers in every interaction.
- Build lasting relationships by going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
- Consistently achieve productivity and quality targets across key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
- Document all Selling Partner interactions accurately in line with standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot and provide product guidance and support to Amazon's Sellers and Vendors.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product details, technologies, and key platform updates.
- Take on additional duties and special projects as directed by management, aligned with skills and experience.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Proficiency (C1/C2 level) in English and in the second language outlined in the title of this job advertisement.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Able to use online communication and collaboration tools with ease

- Strong listening skills with a demonstrated ability to show empathy and a genuine willingness to help
- Prior contact centre experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with the flexibility to adapt to change effectively
- Ability to deliver strong performance in a metric-driven environment with high productivity and quality standards
- Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring every customer feels supported and valued
- Foster a positive and cooperative team environment at all times
- Ability to multitask across phone, chat, and email channels simultaneously
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in providing live telephone support in English and other languages defined for the role
- Ability to troubleshoot, research, and translate technical or procedural instructions into clear, customer-friendly guidance
- Enthusiastic, highly self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills
