Description and Requirements

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and revenue growth for the security services portfolio by identifying, developing, and managing strategic opportunities with customers, technology partners, software vendors, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Define and support the development of security service offerings from business case and market assessment through commercialization, working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Build and manage strategic technology partnerships, including partner identification, business negotiations, commercial models, contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), privacy requirements, and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and partners to evaluate software solutions and integration opportunities, including service compatibility, licensing, billing, and other implementation requirements across Motorola products and services.
  • Develop go-to-market and commercialization strategies, including value propositions, service packaging, pricing and monetization models, target customer segments, sales enablement, and launch activities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive developments, and business performance to identify portfolio expansion opportunities and provide strategic recommendations that increase adoption, revenue, profitability, and customer value.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Business Development, Product Management, Strategic Partnerships, or related roles within the software solutions industry.
  • Proven experience developing, launching, or commercializing software solutions, with strong understanding of business models, go-to-market strategies, and revenue-generation opportunities.
  • Experience developing and managing relationships with technology partners, software vendors, customers, and senior-level stakeholders, including commercial discussions and negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on integration, licensing, billing, and service-related topics.
  • Fluency in English, combined with strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Availability to work onsite in Jaguariúna, São Paulo, three days per week as part of a hybrid work model.

Nice to Have

  • Experience developing, commercializing, or managing cybersecurity, mobile security, or software security solutions and services.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and smartphone software solutions, including security-related use cases and service integration.
  • Understanding of software security frameworks, privacy requirements, industry standards, secure development practices, or relevant certifications.
  • Experience with commercial and monetization models such as revenue sharing, software licensing, subscription services, or billing integrations.
  • Experience working with international technology partners and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
