Seasonal Tire Technician

Tesla Motors is looking for a Seasonal Tire Technician to contribute to the work on one of the most progressive vehicles in the world! This role involves customer and employee interaction, necessitating not only technical expertise but also a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role entails supporting the service centre on tire related work, as directed.Responsibilities
- Performs apprentice-level inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Maintain records of time, expenses, materials, and cleanliness of vehicles
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Vehicle cleaning (washing and minor detailing) and shop management
- Deliver vehicles to customers following service
- Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Requirements
- Knowledge of methods and techniques in the maintenance and replacement of tires (applicable automative training preferred)
- Hands on experience mounting and balancing tires and tire repair
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including public and multiple internal stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and dynamic work environment
- Must possess and maintain a valid class 5, G, or G2 driver's license
- Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays if required

Expected Compensation
- Seasonal Tire Technician - $25.41 - $25.41/hour
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
