Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1、立负责SAP全栈系统的日常监控、日志分析与故障排查，覆盖ABAP+Java双栈系统，保障全年系统可用率不低于99.5%
2、主导TMS传输管理全流程，完成传输配置、冲突排查与异常问题解决，保障跨系统软件变更的安全落地
3、独立执行系统拷贝、客户端导出导入、内核升级、支持包与附加组件部署等常规运维操作，输出标准化操作文档
4、负责SAP权限体系日常维护，完成角色创建、权限调整、定期合规审计，配合完成企业内控相关检查
5、处理假脱机打印、系统参数优化、运行模式配置、登录组搭建等日常事务，解决用户侧各类系统使用问题
6、落地OSS Note修复、单点登录配置、Web Dispatcher路由调优等专项工作，配合团队完成系统性能监控与调优
7、参与SAP私有云/公有云环境的运维适配，配合完成系统迁移、灾备演练等重点项目
8、编写、更新运维操作手册，沉淀故障处理知识库，带教初级运维人员完成基础工作

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理相关专业，3年及以上SAP Basis独立运维经验
2、熟练掌握UNIX/Linux、Windows环境下的SAP系统运维，熟悉HANA数据库基础操作
3、有至少2个完整的SAP系统升级、系统拷贝项目落地经验，能独立输出实施方案
4、精通TMS配置与传输故障排查，熟悉SAP权限设计逻辑，能独立完成复杂角色的权限调整
5、具备独立排查系统性能问题、定位根因并输出优化方案的能力，有大型集团SAP运维经验优先
6、了解SAP云平台基础架构，有公有云/私有云环境下的SAP运维经验者优先
7、具备基础的Shell或Python脚本编写能力，能通过自动化工具简化重复运维工作
8、工作严谨细致，有较强的问题闭环意识，能承受月度1-2次的值班压力，具备良好的跨部门沟通能力
