Description and Requirements

The Sales Support Specialist will support Lenovo Global Financial Services (LGFS) Latin America through sales operations, pipeline management, reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives. This role will help drive business efficiency, data accuracy, operational excellence, and growth across the region.

We are looking for someone who will bring strong ownership and execution skills, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset. This individual will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and global geographies to drive results and deliver business impact.

This position will be hybrid (3 days a week in office, 2 days remote) in our Sao Paulo office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pipeline tracking, reporting, forecasting, and opportunity data.
  • Prepare financing quotations and support sales teams on standard financing requests.
  • Maintain dashboards, KPIs, business reviews, and performance reporting.
  • Develop presentations and business materials for leadership and sales teams.
  • Support contract reviews, vendor management, and operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve workflows using AI and digital tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Support, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations and CRM processes.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and process improvement.
  • Experience in financial services, leasing, financing, or technology industries.
