Job Summary**

Lumentum Operations LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Support & Market Analyst to provide essential administrative and analytical support to our sales team, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and informing strategic market decisions.

Job Responsibilities**

Provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.

Analyze external and internal customer data using database queries, spreadsheet models, and statistical analysis tools.

Collect and compile information around competitive positioning of Lumentum’s offering

Support creation of account plans on large accounts

Support Account and Sales managers with customer inquiries and follow up activities

Create PowerPoint presentations to provide market and customer insights

Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis

Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations

Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry websites, publications, and announcements.

Examine potential risks for business opportunities

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or market analysis role, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  Pay Range:
  P10-USA-1 :$59,650.00 - $85,250.00Disclaimer:
  Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
