ResponsibilitiesAbout the Role
Keysight Technologies is a global technology leader providing electronic measurement solutions, software, and services that enable engineers and innovators to bring the next generation of products to market.
Our Channels Organization works with distribution and channel partners to expand Keysight's reach and grow sales. We are looking for a Sales Program Specialist to help identify opportunities, strengthen partner performance, and drive sales growth by working closely with Keysight Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and distribution partners, marketing and operations.
This role combines sales support, data analysis, partner engagement, and program execution. You will turn data and market insights into actionable opportunities, help partners execute more effectively, and enable our sales team to focus more time on partners and end-user customers.
What You'll Do
Drive Sales Growth
- Partner with PAMs to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Build targeted lead lists for PAMs and distribution partner sales representatives.
- Analyze Keysight sales and customer data to identify high-potential accounts, markets, and opportunities.
- Provide insights that help PAMs prioritize accounts, customers, and sales activities.
- Help increase territory account penetration, customer engagement, and the number of sites purchasing Keysight solutions.
Enable Channel Partners
- Work directly with distribution partners to improve engagement, productivity, and sales execution.
- Assist with order escalations, discount requests, promotions, and partner demo acquisitions.
- Help partners effectively leverage Keysight programs and resources.
- Build strong relationships with partners while providing responsive, high-quality support.
Execute Sales & Marketing Programs
- Work with the demand marketing team to ensure partners are aware of and engaged with relevant seminars, webcasts, and other programs.
- Help coordinate and execute custom sales events and initiatives for the Channels Organization.
- Follow up with partners to drive participation and program results.
- Support Channel reporting and related sales operations activities.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively with broad and general direction.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Experience in sales, sales operations, channel sales, marketing, or a related business environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Colorado Pay Range MIN $55,680.00 MIDPOINT $74,240.00 MAX $92,800.00
