Description and Requirements

Motorola Mobility, a Lenovo company, is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Milan, Italy. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity ideally suited for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, supporting business operations, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment. The role supports Motorola's Go-to-Market organization in Italy and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, distributors, and customers. This position follows Lenovo's hybrid working model, combining office and remote work.

 Key Responsibilities

• Support sales operations activities through accurate order management, data maintenance, and process execution.

• Maintain and update information within internal systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.

• Prepare regular reports and analyses to support business planning, operational decision-making, and performance tracking.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support Go-to-Market initiatives.

• Act as a point of contact for distributors and customers regarding promotions, claims, and operational inquiries.

• Monitor and support rebate, promotional, and administrative processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Contribute to process improvements and support the adoption of efficient tools and working methods.

• Partner with EMEA Operations teams and internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and support business objectives.

 Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Previous experience in sales operations, business support, customer service, finance, distribution, or a similar business environment is advantageous but not required.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Excel macros, Copilot, or AI-based productivity tools.

• Advanced English is required; Italian language proficiency is required for daily interaction with local stakeholders and customers.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and teams.

• Demonstrated adaptability, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 32,100–42,800 EUR per year. This range applies to the primary job location Italy and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.

Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.

In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.

For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
