Sales Operations Support
Join our GBS team and support the execution of direct and indirect software sales. You’ll work closely with Sales, Partners, Finance and Legal to ensure smooth, accurate and compliant quote-to-order processes in an international environment.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage quote-to-order and sales operations support activities.
- Support direct sales and partner-related transactions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Partners, Finance and Legal.
- Track transactions, documentation and operational requests.
- Identify exceptions and escalate complex commercial or system-related topics.
What you need to succeed
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Commercial Administration or similar roles.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with enterprise systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently in an international environment.
- Fluent English.
