Description and Requirements
As the Director, Global Account Management for two key strategic Lenovo accounts, you will serve as the One Lenovo interface, leading the global relationship across all business units and geographies. This role is responsible for driving strategic alignment, short-, mid- and long-term revenue growth, and innovation across Lenovo’s Intelligent Devices Group (IDG), Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), and Solutions & Services Group (SSG). You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated, AI-enabled solutions that meet the customers evolving needs.
This position is remote with PST business hours and weekly onsite presence at our San Jose, CA location. This position includes regular commuting to our client locations. Relocation will not be provided for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Relationship Management:
Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with the customers senior leadership across global and regional levels. - Strategic Account Leadership:
Develop and execute a multi-year global account strategy aligned with the customers business priorities and Lenovo’s portfolio. - One Lenovo Coordination:
Act as the single point of accountability for all Lenovo business with the customers, ensuring seamless coordination across IDG, ISG, and SSG. Excel in cross-team collaboration and empowering others. - Revenue & Growth Ownership:
Drive aggressive revenue and margin growth through solution selling, innovation partnerships, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Think in years and execute per quarter. - Innovation & Co-Creation:
Lead joint innovation efforts with the customers, including AI, cloud, edge computing, and sustainability solutions. - Global Governance & Reporting:
Establish and lead global governance structures, cadence reviews, and performance reporting across all regions. - Customer Experience Excellence:
Champion customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all touchpoints.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in global account management, strategic sales, or executive leadership in the tech industry.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-billion-dollar global accounts.
- Deep understanding of the current technology ecosystem, supply chain, and including AI enterprise services and solutions.
- Strong executive presence, relationship building skills and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional, global teams in a matrixed organization. Strong ability to scale through others.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation, transformation, and joint GTM strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 178,875–274,275 USD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
