Your role:

As a Sales Competence Manager, you will be part of the Sales Learning & Development team, contributing to the development and execution of competence management and sales enablement initiatives across the organization.

You will play a key role in strengthening capabilities within the EMEA Sales force organization focus on Italian sales force by driving competence management processes, identifying skill gaps, and supporting the implementation of learning and enablement strategies aligned with regional business priorities.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with EMEA Sales force organization, Zone stakeholders, management teams, P&O, and external partners to foster continuous learning and business transformation. Also Greece will be part of the perimeter.

You ll make an impact by:

* Leading and orchestrating Competence Management activities in assigned countries as part of the ST&PO Learning & Development strategy.

* Driving the implementation and continuous follow-up of the Competence Systematic within assigned countries.

* Supporting management in identifying skill gaps through skill assessments, analytics, and targeted enablement recommendations.

* Defining and prioritizing enablement plans based on skill-check results and strategic assigned countries and EMEA growth areas.

* Supporting the execution of local enablement initiatives in alignment with the overall EMEA Enablement Plan.

* Ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of the regional learning catalog within My Learning World.

* Contributing to the development of the EMEA-wide sales enablement framework and promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the Zone.

* Acting as a key liaison between country, Zone and assigned countries, ensuring effective collaboration and localization of learning initiatives.

* Collaborating with P&O and external partners to support learning, competence development, and transformation programs.

Core Requirements

* Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

* Proven experience in Transformation Management, Learning & Development methodologies, and learning systems/tools.

* Strong analytical skills with experience in skill assessment, competency management, and enablement planning.

* Excellent moderation, facilitation, communication, and storytelling capabilities.

* Deep understanding of Digital Industry Sales processes, organization, and systematic approaches.

* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across international, cross-functional, and cross-cultural environments.

* Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Requirements

* Experience in competence management and organizational capability development programs.

* Knowledge of digital learning platforms and learning management systems.

* Strong team orientation, self-sufficiency, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and drive initiatives with limited supervision.

* Growth mindset combined with a strong can-do attitude.

The Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is 60.000     75.000   annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
