Work Model: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters related to the company’s DRAM/NAND products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive memory solutions engagement strategy to foster a strong partnership and drive revenue growth/market share/profit target.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply allocations in alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
  • Lead contract negotiations to optimize long-term partnerships and strong relationships.
  • Facilitate customer demand forecasting, yearly/quarterly volume planning, PO placement, and backlog management in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new design opportunities to expand product portfolio/market share.
  • Coordinate and lead customer meetings to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
  • Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 6+ years of industry experience in semiconductor-related sales, with direct exposure to DRAM and/or NAND products strongly preferred
  • Ability to craft compelling sales strategies that balance customer needs with company objectives
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced/supply-constrained environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional negotiation capabilities and a history of building lasting professional relationships
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track for strategic thinking

  • Keen understanding of competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and strategies to develop winning solutions
  • Deep understanding of memory applications, use cases, and workloads across various customer platforms
  • Understanding of the memory market ecosystem, emerging technology, and industry trends

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within the provided range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience. Your Recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

Pay Range

$90,000-$160,000 USD
