YOUR ROLE 

Job Description

You will be part of the Supply Chain Organization, driving cross‑functional collaboration between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Groups in the Sales and Operations plan (S&OP) and Long‑Term planning processes.

You will have direct impact on strategic capacity and supply decisions and the opportunity to work on medium‑ and long‑term planning topics. 

The recruitment is open for Agrate, Castelletto and Rousset sites.

Your main mission is to:

• Balance demand, supply, and inventory to support company objectives.
• Build and maintain a shared company Sales and Operations plan, serving as the baseline for execution.
• Design and model the end‑to‑end supply chain 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze demand and supply across the full value chain, identifying constraints, risks and opportunities to support business and manufacturing decisions.
• Develop S&OP scenarios and drive actions for improvement.
• Design and model end‑to‑end supply chains in collaboration with Product Groups and Manufacturing, embedding:
  • New product ramp‑up strategies
  • Product transfers
  • Qualification and loading of new manufacturing sources
• Define and maintain inventory strategies (targets, buffers, positioning) in collaboration with execution team and aligned with service level, supply and financial objectives.
• Ensure quarterly alignment between Sales and Operations execution, Sales and Operations plan, especially on manufacturing plans and inventory, highlighting and explaining main deviations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning models, assumptions, and processes 

Profile & Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering 
• Experience (or strong internship/apprenticeship exposure) in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Capacity Planning - more than 2 years
• Strong analytical skills and ability to:
  • Interpret demand signals, capacity constraints, and inventory dynamics
  • Build and compare what‑if scenarios and quantify impacts.
  • Analyze data, strategic thinking, drive decision-making
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI,  and with planning tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to challenge assumptions and facilitate alignment among Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Product Groups. 
• Comfortable to work closely with senior leaders discussing S&OP scenarios and strategic decisions.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

The expected salary range for this position if based in Italy is €45,000 – €55,000 gross annual salary (RAL).

In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
