Run to run (R2R) Technician

-Develop and maintain strong familiarity with the E3 R2R system as a foundational platform for process control.
-Manage R2R setup and requirement tracking, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
-Execute process change and R2R setting updates in accordance with established SOPs.
-Collaborate with R2R Engineers to support new system UAT (User Acceptance -Testing) and deployment activities.
-Continuously apply CIT (Continuous Improvement Thinking) principles to enhance R2R workflows and operational efficiency.
-Communicate effectively with end users and cross‑functional stakeholders to gather, clarify, and implement R2R requirements.
-Applying AI in daily operation efficiency improvement, refined process flow. Strengthening process robustness
