Overview:
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing core finance support within Xerox’s Global Business Services (GBS) Record to Report (R2R) organization. The role focuses on delivering accurate month-end results, financial analysis, and reporting while supporting the standardization and modernization of reporting processes. The position will leverage technology and modern reporting tools to transform traditional reporting processes and provide meaningful financial insights to support the Finance organization.

What You Will Do:
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reporting and support month-end reporting activities
- Deliver financial analysis and reporting to provide meaningful insights to the Finance organization
- Support the modernization of reporting processes by transitioning from legacy Excel and PowerPoint-based processes to technology-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements and internal control requirements, including SARBOX
- Review and maintain documentation of processes performed as part of the role
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide support for business reviews
- Assist in resolving system and finance-related queries
- Support process improvement initiatives and help streamline reporting activities
- Participate in remote knowledge transfer activities and collaborate with transformation teams to establish standardized global processes
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Commitment to building a career in Finance
- Awareness of Financial Accounting and/or FP&A concepts and the ability to apply financial knowledge to unfamiliar business situations
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach issues in a rational and systematic manner
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively
- Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to work effectively within larger, virtual, and multinational teams
- Experience or familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Essbase/SmartView, BlackLine, and other reporting platforms
- Awareness and willingness to use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI solutions
- Adaptability and a transformational mindset to work effectively in a constantly changing environment
