Key Responsibilities

  • Manage RMA repair operations across Asia, including repair capacity, material readiness, repair-site performance, backlog, and TAT.
  • Monitor RMA returns, repair status, aging, backlog, and TAT performance.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure sufficient repair manpower, equipment, materials, spare parts, and fixtures are available.
  • Identify repair bottlenecks and drive corrective actions to meet committed TAT.
  • Partner with Oracle data-center teams to forecast expected RMA returns and understand operational priorities.
  • Track top failure modes and recurring hardware issues; coordinate with suppliers, quality, engineering, and supply-chain teams on containment and corrective actions.
  • Establish regular RMA dashboards covering return volume, repair progress, TAT, backlog, top issues, and risk status.
  • Escalate material, capacity, quality, or process risks early and drive closure with clear owners and timelines.
  • Support continuous improvement of repair processes to reduce repeat failures and protect data-center availability.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in server hardware, RMA, repair operations, manufacturing, quality, or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory, storage, GPUs, NICs, power supplies, and cables.
  • Experience working with suppliers, repair sites, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Understanding of supply-chain planning, spare parts, material availability, and repair-capacity management.
  • Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work onsite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, task-focused, and able to prioritize issues based on business impact and urgency.
