We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support this work, including initiatives supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into Apple Retail.

Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting technology deployments and initiatives across Apple Retail locations globally. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Retail, engineering, logistics and warehouse teams, and external service providers to plan and execute projects successfully. The role requires strong ownership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects from planning through execution and completion, ensuring alignment with established scope, schedule, and project objectives.
• Support the introduction of new products, technologies, and solutions into the retail environment.
• Coordinate activities across multiple distributed stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, engineering, operations, logistics/warehouse teams, and professional services vendors.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate deployment activities, including scheduling, equipment and material readiness, logistics, onsite support, and remote technical support.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and work with appropriate stakeholders to drive resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to review status, priorities, risks, and outstanding actions.
• Manage project deliverables and drive closure of open items to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Adapt project and deployment plans as business requirements or priorities change and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Provide regular project status updates, including progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure relevant information is communicated effectively across project teams.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and ways of working.

Minimum Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of networking concepts (e.g., LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, IP addressing, VLANs) sufficient to engage credibly with network engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in different regions, coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, and collaborating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or coordinating network infrastructure build-outs, cabling, rack-and-stack, or low-voltage construction activities in retail, commercial, or enterprise environments.
• Experience coordinating vendors, logistics, equipment deployments, or onsite implementation activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
