Overview
Xerox is seeking a Reporting Manager to join our GBS Record to Report Reporting team in Cebu, Philippines. This role leads a team of up to 10 analysts responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement. You will help modernize reporting by transitioning legacy processes toward technology enabled solutions while supporting accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead the delivery of accurate month end results, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Prepare and modernize monthly financial reporting using available reporting tools and technology.
  • Support compliance with internal controls and internal and external audit requirements, including SARBOX.
  • Lead reporting process improvements, knowledge transfer activities, and the transition toward standardized global processes.
  • Provide guidance to a team of up to 10 analysts while supporting ad hoc analysis, Business Reviews, and resolution of reporting and system queries.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Financial accounting or FP&A knowledge and experience applying that knowledge across different areas of the business.
  • US GAAP knowledge and experience working in a multinational environment with responsibility for significant financial balances.
  • Experience leading larger or virtual teams, with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of general ledger and reporting technologies, along with awareness of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar solutions.

  • A 2nd shift schedule with a base schedule of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and an onsite work setup for the first six months followed by hybrid work.
