We are looking for: Cybersecurity Professional Reporting & Data Analyst – Cybersecurity Operations

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Own recurring cybersecurity operations reporting, including KPI, SLA, backlog, aging, remediation, and compliance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for vulnerability management, ACP operations, managed assets, and operational performance.
  • Track measures such as managed assets, ACP-managed systems, high/critical vulnerabilities, vendor-dependent remediation, ACP hours, backlog growth, and capacity utilization.
  • Perform vulnerability trend analysis to identify risk patterns, recurring issues, aging, and remediation performance.
  • Develop workload forecasting and capacity models to support staffing and operational planning.
  • Prepare management reports and executive summaries with clear trends, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions.
  • Collect, validate, normalize, and reconcile data from security tools, ticketing systems, asset inventories, spreadsheets, and other operational sources.
  • Establish data quality checks and ensure consistency of reported metrics across stakeholders.
  • Support ACP governance reporting by maintaining asset, protection requirement, evidence, implementation, exception, and approval metrics.
  • Automate repetitive reporting and data preparation activities wherever feasible.
  • Support periodic operational reviews and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

  • B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity reporting, security operations analytics, business intelligence, or IT operations reporting.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with cybersecurity operations context.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Excel, or equivalent.
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query, lookups, data validation, and dashboarding.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data extraction/transformation concepts.
  • Experience with KPI/SLA design, operational metrics, trend analysis, and capacity planning.
  • Ability to work with security data from vulnerability scanners, SIEM platforms, ticketing systems, asset repositories, and compliance tools.
  • Experience with Python, PowerShell, Power Query, or similar automation technologies is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex data clearly to technical and management audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience building operational dashboards and management reports.
  • Power BI, SQL, data analytics, or relevant BI certifications are preferred.
  • Preferred Certifications:
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, SQL/data analytics, or equivalent BI certifications.
  • Key interfaces:
  • Operations Lead | Vulnerability Management | ACP Team | Remediation Engineers | Management | Governance.
