Repair Specialist
As a repair specialist, you should know how current, voltage, resistance, capacitance, inductance, and other electrical parameters function in your circuit. You need to know how to use common test equipment like Multimeter, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, power supplies, signal generators. You also need to know how to choose the right test equipment for your specific PCB testing. You should know how to use logical thinking, systematic analysis, and creative problem-solving to diagnose and resolve PCB issues.
Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5 plus years of experience in manufacturing engineering, repair engineering, production support, testing, or a related technical environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, failure analysis, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and documentation.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, test methodologies, and engineering procedures.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, or quality tools such as 8D, RCA, and FMEA.
- Exposure to production KPI management including Yield, RTAT, Productivity, and Quality metrics.

- Ability to provide technical coaching, support knowledge-sharing initiatives, and work effectively in a global cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to achieving production yield targets by performing failure analysis and providing timely feedback on manufacturing and test issues.
- Support the achievement of RTAT (Repair Turnaround Time) targets through effective troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely issue resolution.
- Execute testing, debugging, repair, and validation activities in accordance with established engineering processes and quality standards.
- Adhere to defined technical methods, standard operating procedures, and EHS requirements while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze technical issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and apply structured problem-solving techniques to resolve operational challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive product and process improvements.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and technical capability development through training, mentoring, and best-practice dissemination.
- Track, monitor, and report key operational metrics, ensuring accuracy, continuous improvement, and compliance with organizational objectives.
