Remote Services Portfolio Program Manager

As part of the SGT Services organization, the Services Portfolio Program Manager (Services Program Manager) leads a services program consisting of related services projects driving customer value realization and business outcomes.
The Services Program Manager will lead the Services strategy, opportunity development and delivery of the program through realization of customer value. The Services Program Manager is responsible for managing the dependencies between projects, establishing and publishing clear priorities among projects and program activities, coordinating the projects effectively and establishing the required program governance model.
The Services Program Manager acts as the primary point of contact for the program and aligns Sales, Presales, Services Management and the customer to drive successful outcomes.
The Services Program Manager works under self-initiative to lead a portfolio of large size projects and complexity.
Responsibilities:
As part of the Services team, the Services Program Manager
•Develops the SGT Services strategy, plan and pricing to deliver customers and SGT value realization
•Leads the portfolio of deliveries to achieve the program vision and to realize business outcomes
•Together with Sales Account Management and SGT Management, sets and manages stakeholder expectations
•Together with Services Management, builds, inspires and motivate an effective team
•Ensures the team members have the resources and support to complete their tasks in a timely and high-quality manner
•Oversees the adoption of Digital Enterprise and Digital Manufacturing Solutions
•Identifies and create additional customer value opportunities within the portfolio
•Conducts stakeholder management through systematic identification, analysis and planning of actions and risk mitigations to positively influence success outcomes
•Enforce change management policies at the project level to ensure the dependencies of the change is reflected and understood on the program level
•Orchestrate program and project schedules to ensure on time delivery
•Agree to targets with the program staff and delegate defined responsibilities and authority
•Actively seek and provide feedback to and from program and project team members, managers, and customers
•Work with Services Management and Procurement to manage business partners and subcontractors
•Ensure the projects in the program deliver to the approved budget and agreed bid margin
•Measure program performance and provide the regular program forecast
•Work with Services administration and Finance to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition for the entire program
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Project Management or equivalent years of experience in the Digital Industry or related field.
•Minimum of eight (8) years in a project / program leadership position
•Experience with US Federal Government projects, contracts, policies, and procedures
•Working knowledge of the administrative functions of the Services business including project setup, contract structure, progress reporting, revenue recognition and billing
Preferred :
•Experience in implementing or familiarity with Digital Twin software, Manufacturing software, Manufacturing control systems or similar products is highly desired
Travel:
•Willing and able to travel to appropriate work locations, as required by SGT or specified by the customer program up to 40%
Security Clearance:
•Candidate must be a United States citizen, possess no dual citizenship or foreign ties (including foreign passports or visas), and be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.

The pay range for this position is $167,200.00 - $188,000.00 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
