As the Registration & Onboarding Program Manager, you will own the registration pipeline for new domestic sellers registering in the Amazon Australia store or expanding from other Amazon global stores into Australia. You will lead the strategy to improve registration funnel efficiency and the seller experience, working with central teams to drive improvements and own product rollouts into AU.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in business analysis, enjoys problem solving, and is comfortable working with large datasets. You can work across teams, influence stakeholders, and operate as a self-starter - comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading complex initiatives end to end.

- Deep dive the onboarding experience across the Mobile Seller App and work with central teams to drive improvements.

- Own the Seller Central onboarding flow and work with the SSR Manager to drive program adoption for new sellers.
