You'll make a difference by:
- Leading regional benefits programs across ASEAN & ANZ by serving as the subject matter expert and ensuring programs support business and employee needs across multiple markets.
- Driving benefits governance and compliance by aligning programs with global guidelines, regional priorities, local legislation, and market practices.
- Managing benefits reviews and renewals through annual benchmarking exercises, insurance renewals, and continuous evaluation of program competitiveness.
- Leveraging data to optimize decision-making by maintaining benefits inventories, managing program data, and delivering meaningful insights and analysis.
- Delivering strategic benefits projects including benefits harmonization initiatives, mergers and acquisitions activities, integrations, and carve-outs.
- Building strong stakeholder partnerships by collaborating with HR, payroll, benefits administrators, and external providers to ensure seamless delivery while providing expert guidance on benefits-related matters.
Your defining qualities
- Experience in Benefits or Total Rewards with 3 to 5 years of relevant expertise in benefits management, compensation, or rewards programs.
- Regional market exposure with experience supporting multiple ASEAN markets; ANZ exposure is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of benefits and rewards practices including benefits governance, market benchmarking, program administration, and compliance requirements.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support informed decision-making.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Workday and Darwin, which would be advantageous.
